One half hour session – a postural assessment will be given, goals will be set and base mat exercises will be taught with emphasis placed on the principals of Pilates.               

Two 45 minutes sessions - more time given to transfer mat information onto the Trapeze table and Reformer.  You will begin to integrate outside resistance with your inside core.
