Kelly Shea - Pilates Instructor, Massage Therapist, & Creator of the Passion Studio.
Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for over 11 yrs. She was first a certified personal trainer
through ACE (American Council on Exercise). Seven years ago was the start
of Kelly's passion for Pilates when she was trained by Elizabeth Larkin from
Polestar-an evolved Pilates format. In 2005 she recieved her certification in
a more classical regime by FMT (Free Motion Therapuetics), which
followed Romona Kryzanowska style (a student of Joseph Pilates himself).
"I have a respect and understanding for both ways of training and use both
modalities while teaching others the Pilates method."
Kelly and her family have been living in Simi Valley for almost 16 yrs and
feels very lucky to have the opportunity to present Pilates in a studio with
so much energy! "I know when people come in for a class, a massage or
just to see what all is happening at the passion studio, they will feel a sense
of warmth.

including:
double swords, a variety of fans, veils & cane. Continually watching the
growth & changes in belly dancing, Mari not only keeps up to date with the
trends, but she also retains the traditional look & moves in her dance. To
Mari it is very important to keep the mystique & fantasy people have of
belly dancers so not to disappoint her audience or students.
Mari’s motto is: “Every woman has an inner goddess waiting to be awaken;
