Group mat classes
· Free Community 1/2 hr Never tried Pilates but want to learn what all the talk is about? Basic exercises are emphasized.
· TI- Traditional Intermediate exercise are built on top of basic. Must have good understanding of basic !*
· TA-Traditional Advanced exercise are built on top of intermediate. A Challenge will be had by all! Must have good understanding of intermediate!*
· FR-Beginner level with foam rollers. Pilates movements with some help/some challenge with the use of the foam rollers! Must have attended basic mat. Intermediate welcome.*
· AB-All Ball. Pilates movements with some challenge with the use of the stability ball. More core is awakened! Intermediate/advanced.*
· PS-Pilates Stretch. Begins with a basic warm up. Longer holds of positions will be emphases as we “Stretch” further! Beginner-Advance.*
